Agreement Course

The Agreement Course object acts as record of the Course(s) that an Educational Institution and another external partner have agreed to transfer.

It is the second record that needs to be created for transferring credits. To find out how this object works in relation to credit transfer, head here.

Agreement Course is created from the Agreement record with an external Educational Institution.

It will contain details on the Course(s) from that external institution, which can have credit transfer to the Courses in our own institution.

For a use case on credit transfer, see here: Transfer Credits‍.

Note:

As of v3.12, the Agreement Course can be used to support automatic credit transfer between different Courses within your own university, provided that the parent Agreement is used for Auto Credit Transfer.

It can now be used to automatically transfer credits between Courses with different IDs.

See here for more details: Auto Credit Transfer‍.
