Academic Profile (object)
Academic Profiles can be considered the hub for the new Student Success information. An Academic Profile record is automatically created and linked based on Program Enrollment and PE Pathway data (see PREN_AcademicProfile_TDTM for how these are generated).
Academic Profile fields
| Field | Description |

| Academic Profile Name | Name of this Academic Profile. This is automatically named according to the Academic Profile Name Format defined in RIO Education Settings. By default, this is ‘[Student First Name] [Student Last Name] Academic Profile’. |
| Contact | Lookup to the Contact of this student. |
| Last LMS Access Time | Use this field to store the Last LMS Access Time (by default, there is no built-in automation). |
| Overdue Assignments | Text field for notes about overdue assignments. |

| Actionable Items |
Checkbox. Are there actionable items on this Academic Profile? This is automatically set to true if there are related Student Notes with Actionable = true. |

Displays a warning icon representing the Risk Status.
