Student Note (object)
Student Notes can describe actionable items that may need to be undertaken by staff or students. These can be created from the Student Success module using the Add Student Note action, and through the RIO Ed - Attendance Viewer component.
Student Note fields

| Academic Profile | Lookup to Academic Profile. |

| Actionable | Checkbox to set this Student Note as actionable. Setting this to true will set the related Academic Profile: Actionable Items checkbox to true. |

| Student Note Owner Type |
This field determines the owner of the Student Note record. Changing this option will change the owner of the record.

| Contact | Lookup to the Contact for this Student. |
| Reported By |
Lookup to the User reporting this Student Note. If the value of this field is changed to a different user, that user will become the owner of this record if Student Note Owner Type is set to ‘Reported By User’. |
| Reported Date | Date this Student Note was reported. |
| PE Pathway | Lookup to PE Pathway. |
| Description | Description of this Student Note. |
| Is Private? | Mark this note as private. |
