Description

When a Funding Allocation's Status is set to Approved, this class finds either the related Program Application's or Application's related Program Enrollment. It then links the Funding Allocation to that Program Enrollment.

Use case

Students who are approved to receive Funding, will be allocated with it when they have enrolled to a Program and its Courses. The Funding Allocation will then be used to offset/pay the Student Fees associated with the enrolled Courses (of a Program).
