For students that are falling behind their progression or those wanting to extend their studies, is it possible to add/extend the pathway availability in the Student Community?

Resolution

Yes, this is possible as the number of pathways displayed in the Student Community is based on the PE Pathway‍ record of the student's Program Enrollment‍. For example, the Term/stage 1 in the screenshot above is referring to the PE Pathway of the Program Enrollment below:

In order to extend the student's studies, we can add a new PE Pathway‍. Let's say the student originally has a 9 Terms‍ in their studies, therefore we shall add the 10th PE Pathway as below:

• My Term: [new Term/stage number you want to add]
• Number of Terms: [Get the value from the existing PE Pathway]
• Study Level: [Get the value from the existing PE Pathway] 
• Program Pathway: [Get the value from the existing PE Pathway]

Once the new PE Pathway‍ is created, a new Term/stage tile will be added to the Student Community.
