Description

How to assign more than one facility to a single Session, using the Session Scheduler‍?‍

There may be a scenario where an ongoing Session (a workshop session, for example) would require to take up two facilities (rooms). For example, a photograph workshop session would need to use a Studio and a Dark room.

Resolution

This is possible by setting up more than one Session Time‍  (i.e. 2x Session Times on the same day, date, and time). Each Session Time can then be assigned to different facilities/rooms.

For more details and steps, see: Assigning multiple faculty members and facilities to a Session‍.
