Description

The Auto Credit Transfer feature does not work. The credits from the source Program Enrollment cannot be transferred automatically to the target Program Enrollment.

Resolution

Here is a checklist to ensure that your environment's Auto Credit Transfer‍ feature is set up correctly, and ready for use.

• Ensure that the Auto Credit Transfer setup is configured correctly.
  
  
• Ensure to review the Auto Credit Transfer Metadata and the specific configuration is enabled.
  
  
• Also check that the "Contribute Credit Transfer" option is checked for the appropriate Program Enrollment status via the custom metadata setting.
  
  
  • This gives the flexibility to decide which Program status at the source Program Enrollment should contribute/trigger the auto credit transfer against a target Program Enrollment.
