Description
This class prevents a Program Enrollment's Program Status field from being changed to Draft in order to avoid the recreation of any child records (eg. PE Group, PE Pathway, Course Connection).
Use case
This can be used to prevent users from editing a student's Program Enrollment status, once the student has completed (or is currently taking) it.
