Description
Whenever a new student Course Connection is inserted, or whenever an existing student Course Connection's Course Offering field is updated, this class sets its Owner field to the related User record of the Course Offering's Primary Faculty.
If the "Skip Faculty CC Ownership" is checked, or User does not exist, or if the Primary Faculty field is not set, then it will use the related Program Enrollment's Owner as a backup.
