RIO Ready: Student Request - Credit Transfer
Students can apply to transfer their credits from previous studies towards the current related Course(s) to reduce the number of Courses required to complete the enrolled Program of study.
Fiona has done SPA1001 Spanish Language in her previous institution. She can login to the Student Community and apply for credit transfer towards the language requirements of the Program of study that she is currently doing in her current institution. The information captured from this form are:

| Program of Study | The student's related Program of study. |
| Institute | The previous institution where the student took the external Course. |
| Transfer Course ID | The external Course ID/code. |
| Transfer Course Title | The external Course title/name. |
| Credits Attempted | The credits attempted by the student for taking the external Course. |
| Credits Earned | The credits that the student earned for completing his/her external Course. |
| Grade | The grade that the student obtained for his/her external Course. |
| Start Date | The date where the student started his/her external Course. |
| Completed Date | The date where the student completed his/her external Course. |
| Term | The Term when the student did his/her external Course. |
