Facility
A facility represents a venue inside an Educational Institution's Campus.
It can be a a classroom, computer lab, residence, etc.
It can also be a building or residence building, which will be the parent for the child facilities (rooms belonging to a building).
So, following the Master Date Template Guide - Campus example, Campuses are created, and now we have to give them some facility, e.g. Lecture Halls and Classroom with a capacity of 100 and 40 respectively.
Residence buildings and rooms (student accommodation) can also be created.
Thus, the data template will have to be filled in as such:

| Column | Description |
| Facility Name | A name to give to the facility venue. |
| Capacity | Specifies the amount of people/objects the facility can hold. |
| Facility Type | The type of the facility e.g. rehearsal room, classroom, auditorium. |
| Active | Whether the facility is in active use. |
| Parent Facility Ext ID | Optional field, only for when there's a need to group a facility under a parent facility (e.g. a room inside a building). |
| Campus Location Ext ID | Choose the correct location in which the facility resides. |
