How to change Program status from "Current" to "Draft"?
Resolution
RIO Education has a TDTM called REDU_ProgramStatusChange to prevent the user from changing the status from "Current" back to "Draft".
If you need to do that and don't want to turn off the Trigger Handler, you can use the "Usernames to Exclude" field. If you put your Salesforce username inside this field, the Trigger Handler will skip the logic.
Warning
If you wish to turn off the Trigger Handler temporarily instead, be sure to reactivate the trigger handler.
If the Program Enrollment already consists of PE Pathways, PE Groups, and Course Connections, plus it is reversed to "Draft", be extra careful when the Program Enrollment is to be switched to "Current" at a later stage. This may lead to recreation of the respective child records again. A manual clean-up may be necessary in this case.
