Facility does not appear in the Session Scheduler‍.

Why are there no facility or rooms in the Session Scheduler?


Resolution

There are a few potential reasons why the Facility‍ is not showing up in the Session Scheduler‍.


First thing you should check is your data. Please make sure the following:

  1. Location record has Campus = true and has a Timezone. For example:

    Only Facilities with Active=true under this Location record will show up in the Session Scheduler.

  2. Second thing to check is the TDTM (Trigger Handler) and make sure this is active:


Another way to confirm that your Trigger Handler is working is to look at the Resource related list in a Facility‍. For example:


RIO Education's Session Scheduler‍ is rendered using the Resource object.


Lastly, check the user permission. Please make sure that the user has the permission to this object. For example, if this is an Admin, please grant the REDU - Admin permission set.
