Clean Up Unused Facilities/Resources from Session Calendar
To remove a facility that is no longer in use, set the "Active" status to False in the Facility Setup. This will prevent the facility from appearing in the Session Calendar.
The same handling can be applied for Resources.

To permanently delete a facility or resource that is no longer in use, it is necessary to first remove any linked records before deleting the facility/resource itself. Direct deletion of a Resource or Facility will trigger validation error if there are any existing appointments or session bookings associated with it.
The Facility will be linked to the Session Time.
The Resource, which represents the location, will be assigned to Bookings and Plan Lines.
Note:
We recommend that customers set unused facilities or resources to "Inactive" rather than permanently deleting them, in order to ensure that historical records are retained.
