Grade Change Request (object)
Grade Change Request
The Grade Change Request object (introduced in v3.9) allows admin or faculty members to request the following actions for their students, when grading assignments or exams:
- Regrade.
- Resit the assignment/exam.
The request to regrade or resit an assignment/exam can be made when faculty members are grading the Session.

Status of this request.

| Request Date | The date this request was made. |
| Request Decision Date | The date this request was reviewed and approved/rejected. |
| Historical Attempt Number |
When approved, the Historical Attempt Number, Grade Points, and Grade Value are copied from their respective Current Attempt Number, Grade Points, and Grade Value. |

| Current Attempt Number | Formula field. The number of times student has attempted this Course previously. |
| Current Grade Points | Formula field. The current grade points for this Course. |
| Current Grade Value | Formula field. The current grade value for this Course. |

The latest attempt for the Course for the student. |
| Request Grade Points |
'Request Grade Points' and 'Request Grade Value' are copied to the related Grade's 'Grade Points' and 'Grade Value'. |
