Xero Integration: Making Change to Locked Student Fee
Currently, the integration does not handle updates to the synced Xero invoice when the Student Fee is locked. If there is a need to update the student fee information (e.g. amount change, update to fee line, etc.) in RIO, user intervention is required in this process to reflect the changes in Xero.
Manual steps required:
- In RIO, unlock fees/fee lines, and adjust the information to fees/fee lines.
- In Xero, user needs to manually make adjustments to the synced invoice and applied Payments (e.g. create credit note, void invoice, etc.).
