Agreement
The Agreement is the record that is linked to an Educational Institution or external Educational Institution that needs to be created before Agreement Course or Transfer Credits can be created.
Imagine that RIO University has an agreement with another Educational Institution called RIO College, to support Transfer Credit courses.
An Agreement record will be created, and all subsequent Agreement Course or Transfer Agreement should be referencing this:
| Column | Description |
| Name | Name of the record. |
| Partner/External Education Institution | Specify the External Id OR record Id of the Educational institution. |
| Start Date | Start Date of when the Agreement will take effect. |
| End Date | End Date of when the Agreement will take effect. |
| Status | [Draft / Active / Inactive / Expired] Status of the record. |
| Type | [None / Transfer Credits] Specify what type of Agreement record. |
| External ID | Specify the External Id of the Agreement record. |
