How to skip Transfer Credit Wizard to approve an External Transfer Credit

Overview
I would like to approve an incoming external credit transfer, without using the Transfer Credits Wizard. Is this possible?
Resolution
This can be done by locating the Transfer Credit record and manually approving it there ('Status' field).
