Description

Whenever a new Program Enrollment with a Program Status of either Current or Draft is inserted, or when an existing Program Enrollment has its Program Status set to one of these values, this class will create a new Application Student Fee for the Program Enrollment, if one does not already exist.

The Type and Student Fee Label are both set to Application, the Due Date is copied from the Application Fee Due Days field on the related Program, or set to the current date if that field is not populated.

A new Fee Line for the Application Fee is also created. Its Fee Unit Override, Discountable and Other Description fields are copied from the Fee Schedule Unit, Discountable and Fee Description fields on the current Fee Schedule, the Other Fee Type field is set to Self Paid and the Other Amount field is taken from either the Fee Amount (Domestic) or Fee Amount (International) fields on the Fee Schedule.
