Description

If a new Course Connection‍ is inserted with an Enrollment Status of either Waitlisted or Enrollment Requested, or an existing Course Connection's Enrollment Status field is updated to one of these two values, then this class sets the Waitlist Date to be the current date/time.

If the Enrollment Status has been updated from Enrollment Requested to Waitlisted and the "Preserve pre-enrollment waitlist date" RIO Education setting is set, then the Course Connection is not updated and the existing value of the Waitlist Date field is kept, provided it is not null.
