All RIO Education Modules
RIO Education comprises of the following 11 modules, with each module representing a distinct and significant function in Student Management System.
Master Data Management
Master Data are the data that we set up once / rarely in the system.
This data should be set up during initial stage of implementation, and rarely changes afterwards.
Admission / Application
This module covers the stage where applicants apply to study at an Educational Institution.
Enrollment
This module covers the stage after an applicant is accepted into an Educational Institution.
This is where the student enrolls into the program and courses.
Finance
This module concerns all things related to finance, such as fees, scholarships, and financial aid.
Schedule / Delivery
This module covers the aspects of delivering the program to students, such as scheduling classes.
Assessment / Completion
This module covers grading and publishing of student results.
Student Management
This module concerns managing student affairs, including appointments, course withdrawal, and the Student Community.
Faculty Management
This module concerns managing faculty related items, such as leave requests and the Faculty Community.
Compliance Reporting
This module covers all things related to compliance reporting in Australia, USA, and Canada.
Continuing Education
Continuing Education allows an Institution to offer short courses, certifications, and micro credentials to both students and guest users.
Integration
This module covers integrating RIO Education with external systems ranging from finance, LMS, timetabling systems, and HR.
