Common Outbound Notifications
RIO Education supports a series of common outbound notifications. The notifications can sent out through different channels however, some of them requires further customizations and integrations.
RIO Education only supports standard notifications out-of-the-box (OOTB), even though WhatsApp/SMS/Email options are defined in the 'Channel Type' picklist field. The WhatsApp/SMS option would require integration with third-party apps. For email notifications, it depends on the Salesforce OOTB email functionality and limits, as well as any customizations required based on the customer's needs.
For more information on the standard notifications, please see “Session notifications”.
