Overview

This article explains the process of recalculating Program Completion.

The recalculation process checks all related Course Connections and updates Credits and GPA based on the PE Groups, PE Pathways, and Program Enrollment.

Use Cases

• Suspect incorrect Program Completion calculation.
• Would like to be able to trigger the recalculation from PE/PE Group level.
• It's not advisable to Unrelease/Release grade as this affects production record

There are two methods to perform this recalculation:

• By enabling a checkbox
• By using a quick action

Recalculate Program Completion via checkbox 

To use this method:

1. First, ensure the "Recalculate Program Completion" field is added to the Program Enrollment page layout.
2. Then, enable the checkbox.
3. This will manually trigger a recalculation of Credits and GPA.

Recalculate Program Completion via Quick Action  

To use the quick action:

1. Add the "Recalculate Program Completion" quick action to the Program Enrollment page layout.
2. Click the quick action and confirm the prompt.
3. The system will then recalculate the Program Completion, including Credits and GPA.
