Description

The records owned by students are not visible to internal users.

Resolution

This is only applicable if:

• the student users are using "Community Login User" licence.
• the internal sharing mode for objects are set as "Private".

When records are created by a student on digital experience site, the records will be owned by the student. Unfortunately, due to the Salesforce licencing model, records owned by "Community Login User" are not included as part of the sharing calculation.

To solve this, the records created by "Community Login User" licence users need to be reassigned to an internal user/queue.
