Description Resolution

Description

When navigating into a page (internal or digital experience) which contains RIO Education lightning components, an “internal server error” is observed. This is specifically occuring in the production instance.

For example:

Resolution

  1. Check if the problem persists in a sandbox instance (if any).

  2. If it isn't, then check the users' profile, permission set/set group assigned against the user in sandbox versus the one in production.

  3. Check if the configuration surrounding the component is identical between the sandbox and production.

  4. If this is involving a component within the Salesforce digital experience environment, check the sharing sets configured for the site to see if they are identical too.

  5. Check if the user is granted with a RIO Education license in the production instance.

When all the above is checked but the problem still persists, please grant RIO Team access to the environment where the problem occurred, and reach out to RIO Support to share the incident details.

Please take note of the Salesforce Org Id too.
