How do I grant the RIO Education support team the login access to my Salesforce Org / instance for troubleshooting assistance?

Resolution

Note: It's best to nominate system administrator to grant us (RIO team) the access and share your Salesforce Org Id.

To enable us to login into your Salesforce Org, we will need you to grant us login access.

Here's how you do that:

1. Go to My Settings.

2. Go to Personal > Grant Account Login Access.

3. The RIO Team will be listed as WDCi Support.  

4. Click 'Save'.  

Note

Here are a few exceptions we are unable to perform with "Grant Account Login Access".

1. Data load exercise
2. Installation or Upgrade of AppExchange Application (eg. RIO Education, SDocs, Payments2Us, etc)

Please discuss with the consultant and create a new login for them if the above tasks are required.
