Is your Salesforce user having an issue viewing student's profile pictures?

For instance, the picture panel component is stuck at the loading screen as shown below:

Resolution

The user should have the access if it is assigned with the REDU permission sets:

• REDU - Admin.
• REDU - Student.

But if the user doesn't have any REDU permission set assigned, the solution is to grant them the apex class access manually.

You will need to grant the apex class access "REDU_PicturePanelController" to the Salesforce user.
