If you cannot sync Canvas grades in bulk (the Sync Canvas Grade field is locked/non-editable in the list view), check if the Sync Canvas Grade field is missing from the Course Connection page layout (RIOEducation Student Course Enrollment Layout).

A field must be present on the page layout to be inline editable. (See this Salesforce Help article https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=sf.customviews_edit_inline_listview_lex_considerations.htm&type=5)

To add it the page layout, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to Setup > Object Manager > Course Connection > Page Layouts > RIOEducation Student Course Enrollment Layout
2. Drag the Sync Canvas Grade field into the desired section
3. Save

This should allow your users to add multiple Course Connections to the Sync Canvas Grade queue in bulk through the list view.
