Add Booking Fields to the Attendance Screen
Question
When customising the Attendance Wizard, can I display fields from the corresponding Booking record on each Session listing?

Answer
Yes, you can. By default, the details line underneath each session listing only shows fields from the Session object, but we can modify this to include fields from the Booking too.
The Session fields come from the “Session Description Field Expression List” property on the RIO Ed - Attendance - Session List (Aura) component. To include Booking fields, you should make use of the “Session List Booking Field Set API Name” property.
First, create a new field set on the Booking object. You can choose your own label, name and description values. but pay attention to what you put in the Name field as we will need this later.

Then, drag in the fields you wish to add. In this case, we would like to add the Description field, so that's all we have added. There isn't a limit to how many fields you can include, but adding too many may cause the Attendance Wizard to look cramped.

After saving the fieldset, you can add the Name of it to the “Session List Booking Field Set API Name” property in the Experience Builder. It should have an underscore if there's multiple words in it - don't copy the Label by mistake.

You should then see, after reloading the Faculty Portal, that whichever fields you have added to the fieldset will now appear under each listing. These will appear after the fields you have brought in from the Session object. You will need to modify the value in “Session Description Field Expression List” if you would like to edit the fields already present.
