Qualified Faculty
The Qualified Faculty record simply dictates what Courses the Faculty member is qualified to teach.
For example, a Faculty member may only be qualified to teach the Courses from his/her own department.

Description |
| Faculty | Specify either the Record ID or External ID of the Faculty Contact record. The mapping file by default is set to Record ID due to Contact records usually being a transactional record. |
| Course | The External ID of the Courses that the Faculty Member will be qualified to teach. |
| Roles | [ Lecturer, Lab Assistant, Tutor, Assistant, Trainer] Specify the Role that the Faculty will be taking on for the Course. |
| Department/Discipline | Specify the Department or Discipline that the Faculty is part of. |
| External ID | External ID of the record. |
Records specified at this level will present itself in the Session Scheduler when assigning Faculty members and creating Faculty Session Connections.
