Setup Reporting Picklist Value Set

The RIO Education - Reporting Engine is a generic reporting engine. It may not have the reporting options that you need. Therefore, it is important to review the following reporting picklist value set:

Reporting Types

This represents the reporting types. If you don't see the option that you want, please add a new picklist option. Please bear in mind that the picklist option API value for this picklist should not contain any space. You can replace the space with an underscore ( _ ) or remove the space.

This is used by the reporting engine to combine with Reporting Version to form a value that matches the Export File Standard's name (DeveloperName).

Reporting Version

This represents the reporting version. If you don't see the option that you want, please add a new picklist option. Please bear in mind that the picklist option API value for this picklist should not contain any space. You can replace the space with an underscore ( _ ) or remove the space.

This is used by the reporting engine to combine with Reporting Type to form a value that matches the Export File Standard's name (DeveloperName).

Reporting Variant

This represents the reporting variant. If you don't see the option that you want, please add a new picklist option.

You also need to add the same picklist option to the Export File Config's Variant picklist field.

Reporting File Types

This represents the reporting file types. If you don't see the option that you want, please add a new picklist option.

Reporting Periods

This represents the reporting period. If you don't see the option that you want, please add a new picklist option.

Reporting Years

This represents the reporting years. If you don't see the option that you want, please add a new picklist option.
