Description

Whenever a Program Application‍ is inserted, if its Status does not equal 'Draft' (e.g. 'Submitted'), and the Contact Owner is the Guest User, this class will change the Contact Owner to instead be the same User that is currently updating the Program Application record.

This will result in the Guest User no longer having any access to their Contact and Program Application records (i.e. the emailed links will no longer work for the Guest User).

Use case

This is to prevent Guest User from accessing the Program Application of an existing user.
