This RIO Ready functionality to provide a seamless and intuitive experience for students registering for Continuing Education (CE) courses through the portal. Upon completing the CE Registration form (built using Flow), the system will automatically create the following records:

1. Study Registration – Captures the student's enrollment details for the CE course.
2. RIO Order – Represents the Transaction Order in draft.
3. RIO Order Line – Tracks individual course fee.
