Accepting changes

  1. Go to Setup > Inbound Change Sets. This is where you’ll perform the deployment. If prompted with the screen shown below, click Continue.
  2. Navigate to the Change Set Awaiting Deployment section. You should see a change set ready for deployment. If there are no change set, please contact RIO Support Team.
  3. Validate the change set by clicking Validate. You will see four different test options; the option selected should align with the changes being deployed.  You can find the test option to choose for your case from the support team.
  4. You can track the progress on the Deployment Status page. Once validation is complete, click View Results to review the outcomes.
  5. If the change set passes validation, proceed by clicking Quick Deploy on the Deployment Status page, or clicking Deploy on the Inbound Change Sets page to deploy the changes to production.
