During program registration, course enrollment records will be automatically created. This is controlled by a trigger handler - PRAP_CreateEnrollment_TDTM which we have enabled it.  At this point, the program registration status has already been updated to Approved.

In a case where the course enrollment record is not automatically created when this trigger is not enabled, below are the steps to fix it:

1. Set the program registration status to Pending
2. Click on the Auto Create/Approve button
