Issue

If you are attempting to use S-Docs Mass Merge and have received the following error, it is likely due to the S-Docs package in your organisation having updated to the latest S-Docs version. The latest version requires a manual update from S-Docs Support to enable the automation functionality required for Mass Merge.

Resolution

You will need to reach out to S-Docs Support (support@sdocs.com) to re-enable this automation. You will need to provide them with your organisation ID and the SDoc Job status details. You can use this email template:
