Student Fee and Payment Data

These are the minimum data required to import Student Fee records. Of course, different customers may track different amount of data, in which more fields can be included in the extract.
Student Fee Main Details

Fee Line Details

| Amount | Yes | Indicate the amount of the item charged to the student under the student fee. |
| Description | Yes | Indicate the description of the item charged to the student under the student fee, for example, “Tuition Fee”. |
| Funding Allocation | If your current system treats financial aid that is applied to the student fee as a fee line in (-) value, then, indicate the financial aid/disbursement ID or the key that can be used to link the fee line to the financial aid record. | |
