Course Enrollment Result Data
These are the minimum data required to import Course Enrollment results. Of course, different customers may track different amount of data in which, more fields can be included in the extract.

Usually the Course Enrollment record ID or the key that can be used to link the result/grade to the Course Enrollment record. If the legacy system does not have this, then we will need the student record ID + Program + Course to link this result/grade to the right Course Enrollment record. |

| Course | Yes | The Course that the result/grade is for. |
| Grade | Yes | The numeric grade the student earned e.g. 80%, 90%. This relates back to master data Grade Settings. |
| Grade Value | Yes | The letter grade the student earned, e.g. A+, A. This relates back to master data Grade Settings. |
| Credits Attempted | Yes | The number of credits the student is trying to earn. |
| Credits Earned | Yes | The number of credits the student earned by completing the Course. |
| Grade Points | Yes | The grade points the student earned by completing the Course. |
| If there are more details required to be migrated (more columns), please include them into the export file. Custom fields can be created in Salesforce/RIO Education to store these additional details. | ||
