Course Enrollment Data
These are the minimum data required to import Course Enrollment records. Of course, different customers may track different amount of data in which, more fields can be included in the extract.

| Program | Yes | The Program where the Course is being undertaken. |
| Program Enrollment (the Program Enrollment that this Course is related to) |
Usually the student Program Enrollment record ID or the key that can be used to link the Course enrollment to the Program Enrollment record. If the legacy system does not have this, then we will need the student record ID + Program to link this Course enrollment to the right Program Enrollment record. |

| Enrollment Date | The date the student enrolled into this Course. | |
| Start Date | The date this Course started. | |
| End Date | The date this Course is completed. | |
| Course ID (Code) | Yes | The Course ID (Code) of the Course that the student is enrolled to. This relates back to the master data - Course. |
| Course Name | Yes | The Course Name of the Course that the student is enrolled to. |
| Term | Yes | The Term that the student did the Course, e.g. Fall 2021 etc. |
| Enrollment Status | The status of the Course enrollment, e.g. Completed (Pass/Fail), Withdrawn. | |
| If there are more details required to be migrated (more columns), please include them into the export file. Custom fields can be created in Salesforce/RIO Education to store these additional details. | ||
